I got timed outduring the LA Noir cast tonight for "spoiling" a game that I have never played with ABSOLUTELY NO WARNING! On top of that none of the mods would admit to doing it. I would like to know if this is how things are going to go on with the "new" direction of the cast.

I didn't time you out, but the last message I saw before you got timed out was 'lie.' And it was during the part where Aria had to answer lie, truth, or something else, (cant remember next part o.o) so it'd seem like you were helping Aria. Even if you hadn't played the game before, we couldn't of known that. We also said multiple times "No tips, hints, or spoilers," which was our warning.

I had just come in the room and had no such warning.

It's generally poor form to offer solutions or tips without being asked anyway - most casters warn or TO on sight for that kinda thing.

sounds ridiculous.

regardless or not if offering tips, or trolling, i've never seen a T/O for something like that.

if the mods are going to T/O for something like that, at least be consistent.

It depend on the game and the castors decision. Aria for the most part wants no hints or spoilers. We should have put in the title no spoilers or hints. This is one of those times were aria is very strict about spoilers because she really wants to enjoy the game knowing nothing. It's nothing personal and we didn't ban anyone for spoilers. I'm sorry you got the short end of the stick this time. We mods all make mistakes plenty of times.
